Robert is a truly international business executive. He is a very strong strategic thinker combined with an ability to execute. He is also very good at developing people in the organization and I learned a lot from Robert during my time working for him. Robert is a very customer-focused executive and solutions were always based on understanding the problem the customer had which meant that Robert formed long-term relationships with customers. Robert was very well respected at all levels within the organization and he is also very good at forming relationships within the organization which meant that people liked to work with and for Robert.
