REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All refunds will be based upon the following terms and conditions:

- Full refund if cancelled 14 or more days before the course start date.
- A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations received less than 14 days but more than 3 days before the course start date.
- No refund is provided for cancellations received less than 3 days before the course start date.
- A course may be rescheduled by the participant for another date at no additional cost. The rescheduled date change must be made at least 14 days before the course date. Course rescheduling is limited to one time only.
In the event of course reschedule by RECHARGE Consulting, our liability shall be limited to a refund of the course registration fee. The customer will be given the option of a refund or to attend the course on an alternately scheduled date.
